When Keith Hansen and his son Darryl purchased Kingaroy Mower Centre in 1985, they had a goal of building the business into the first point of call when it came to anything to do with maintaining your yard or property. ,some 34+ years on you will receive the same friendly and knowledgable service as you did all those years ago.
These days Darryl & his son Zach operates the business and is proud to be the local Stihl stockist and has access to the full range of quality products manufactured by Stihl. He is focused on selling and servicing quality merchandise, such as Stihl, MTD, Greenfield and Shindaiwa products and parts. Due to his extensive product knowledge, Darryl has won many sales awards with Stihl, including trips to the Stihl factory in Germany to see first hand where the best chainsaw is made. Like many businesses, over the years they have diversified and in 1988, they introduced Kingaroy Auto Electrics (who work out of the rear workshop) and are able to fix all automotive electrical problems and specialise in electrical systems for RV's and campers and automotive air conditioning. They also stock batteries, starters, alternators, solar products, UHF, spotlights, and can handle phone installs
